Indulge in a delicious protein-filled brownie! 


  1. 100ml of egg whites
  2. 50g of Whey Protein (chocolate)
  3. 1 banana
  4. 40g of coconut flour
  5. 20g of coconut flakes (optional)
  6. 30g of cocoa powder
  7. 1 tbsp of Stevia
  8. 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
  9. 1 tbsp of honey


Blend all ingredients together and bake the batter in a small brownie tin at 170˚C for 30 minutes.

Proteins: 15 g
Fats: 3g
Fibre: 6.5g
