Like many people, I spent a lot of years trying to get toned and slimmer. In high school, I really wanted that six-pack, and it didn’t seem to matter how many crunches I was doing in the gym, that stubborn layer of fat wouldn’t go away.

I was shocked by how many people were being RIPPED OFF, paying hundreds of dollars for diets which claim to work… but with NO EVIDENCE. Understanding what actually has been proven to WORK made things much easier.
