ALL NEW CONTENT TO MAKE 2024 YOUR YEAR

what are you waiting for?

Hi,

My name is Omar Kaakati, I’m a doctor from Sweden. I’m also the co-founder of Evidence Based Training. Let me tell you about my story.

Like many people, I spent a lot of years trying to get toned and slimmer. In high school, I really wanted that six-pack, and it didn’t seem to matter how many crunches I was doing in the gym, that stubborn layer of fat wouldn’t go away.

I literally broke the internet by reading every blog post, book, comment, watching every YouTube video, and listening to every podcast I could on fat loss.

With so much information out there, and still in high school, it was hard to know what was fact and what was bullshit. That’s why we at  EBT created DIET LIKE A DOCTOR, with everything you need to know to stay fit all year.

Diet Like A Doctor

EVER TRIED ONE OF THESE? FOR TWO MONTHS I TRIED...

IT WAS TWO MONTHS OF HELL, BUT IT WORKED! SORT OF…

For the first time in my life, I had a six-pack! But I also lost a lot of muscle, which I had been struggling to build for years.

The worst part was I had tried so many things that I didn’t really know what caused the fat loss and what caused the muscle loss. To make matters worse…

A few months later, my six pack was gone, and I had gained back the weight I lost. Frustrated, did it all again: Two months of hell and my six-pack returned, but…

A FEW MONTHS LATER I WAS BACK WHERE I STARTED, AGAIN.

If you have ever been on a diet, you probably know the feeling. And guess what, you are not alone…

87% of people fail with long term weight loss.

Why?! What was it about the human body that caused this? I became obsessed with solving the riddle, and knew that I needed to learn more. At med school I learnt how the human body handles fats, carbs and protein, and I realized how many things I did WRONG when it came to fat loss.

To get lasting results from your body, you need to make lasting changes. This can’t be done with a simple DIET, because there are too many rules to follow, too many foods to avoid. Rule number 1 from med school is:

Don’t believe anything unless there is evidence to back it up

By evidence I mean SCIENTIFIC STUDIES. Good studies PROVE if advice claimed to be “fact” is legit or not. But learning the difference between good and bad studies is not easy, and is what I spent most of medical school learning.

MOST FAT LOSS ADVICE HAS NO EVIDENCE!

Trusted by the top names in the industry...

"Diet Like a Doctor offers phenomenal insight in concise fashion into behavioral aspects of dieting. The book singles out various factors involved in success and failures in weight loss and outlines well various mental strategies in combating excess weight. Highly recommended!”

DIETS LIMIT YOUR LIFE IN A COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY WAY!

I was shocked by how many people were being RIPPED OFF, paying hundreds of dollars for diets which claim to work… but with NO EVIDENCE. Understanding what actually has been proven to WORK made things much easier.

Now I spend no energy worrying about dieting, and stay lean all year.

To spread information WITH EVIDENCE to help others reach their fitness goals, I started EBT: Evidence Based Training with my colleague Dr Artin Entezarjou. Artin is a fitness instructor and a PhD student, learning to really understand EVIDENCE. EBT is all about making complicated science simple and easy to use.

For 3 years now, we have been helping people build muscle, burn fat and perform better for FREE.

We will keep doing this on our Instagram and blog because it is our PASSION!
But we also realize that with so much information all over the place… There is a missing piece of the puzzle, something keeping everything from falling into place…

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FAT LOSS, IN ONE PLACE

So Artin and I wrote an E-book. An E-book based completely on science. The book won’t teach you what diet to follow but what to follow to make any diet work. There are no opinions here, only facts. All to make sure you don’t waste any time or energy like I did.
