Why?! What was it about the human body that caused this? I became obsessed with solving the riddle, and knew that I needed to learn more. So I decided to go to med school to become a doctor. There I learnt how the human body handles fats, carbs and protein, and I realized how many things I did WRONG when it came to fat loss.

To get lasting results from your body, you need to make lasting changes. This can’t be done with a simple DIET, because there are too many rules to follow, too many foods to avoid. Rule number 1 from med school is:
